Charles H. "Pretzels" Getzin was a pretty fair hurler in his day for the Detroit Wolverines, posting 59 victories to just 24 losses over the two year span from 1886-1887. The offered card is one of just 3 to earn a grade of PSA 8 with two graded higher, making it a prime choice to add to a PSA Set Registry collection. An impressively white canvas houses a colorful and detailed portrait of the pitcher, with grade-appropriate endpoints and a surprisingly clean reverse. A fantastic 19th century relic.
