This stunning example shows near-perfect centering with a crisply detailed image set against a deep, blood-red backdrop that shows no signs of fading over the course of its century-plus life. Konetchy spent the 1915 season with the Pittsburgh Rebels of the short-lived Federal League, where he posted a career-high .314 average. To date, SGC has graded just two others at this level, with none higher on their population report.
