Hey, that image looks vaguely familiar. Whose logo have I seen that on? Offered here is a spectacular rendition of Napoleon Lajoie from the famed 1915 Cracker Jack issue, recently graded by SGC at the NM 7 level under their new grading format. One of the game's first true superstars, Lajoie was at the twilight of his career when this card was released, but still posted a highly respectable .280 batting average for the Philadelphia Athletics. This example displays with a bold, magnificent blood-red backdrop and a crisply detailed image of the immortal Hall of Famer, and aside from the customary red dot in the upper left corner that is found on nearly every example, this one shows flawless borders with no signs of age toning. The reverse is clean and strongly printed, and if the centering on the obverse were a bit more accurate, this one would most likely be in a higher-grade holder. A magnificent addition to any advanced Hall of Fame collection!
