It's not his rookie card but it qualifies as one of his most popular. Though the mildly rounded corners are in line with the PSA 4 assessment, it's tough to take your eyes off the beautiful deep purple, green, and yellow pastel colors that support the iconic image of "The Yankee Clipper" on this 1941 Play Ball issue. The centering is the most apparent dispute to a higher assessment with an evident favoring of the top edge. An American classic that has a place in any, and every, sports card collection.
