The line between PSA 9 and PSA 10 can often be a blurred one, and without anything substantive to point to on this 1950 Bowman card of Bill Salkeld, we'll just have to say that PSA called it MINT on this particular day. The central image is amazing, the centering is very accurate and the perimeter is out of the pack clean. Just one has graded higher.
