Only 5 other 1952 Topps black back Phil Rizzuto cards have been graded PSA with just 2 graded higher, and you'd be hard pressed to find another that can match up to this prize! At first glance, you can't help but notice that the centering is virtually dead-on perfect and the tremendous image of Rizzuto is delivered with stunning accuracy without the disadvantage of any significant stray print. The brilliant white border shows off its arguably above-grade endpoints while the equally well-positioned reverse is exceptionally clean. Far more scarce in PSA 8 condition than the red back variation, this outstanding specimen certainly appears closer to the next highest grading tier than the one it current resides at.
