Revered for its simplicity and clean design, the 1953 Bowman Color issue features a large photo of the player on the front…and that’s it. No name, no team, no facsimile signature. The offered card depicts Hall of Fame twirler Warren Spahn, framed by corners that appear above-grade and a light factory rough cut along the left edge. A nice example for the grade of PSA 5 EX.
