One of the most important football cards ever produced by Topps, offered is a fantastic PSA 8 rookie card of Hall of Fame legend Johnny Unitas. Almost perfectly centered if not just a hair toward the horizontal bottom edge, this beauty has incredible color, high-quality NM/MT corners and edges, and a very mild rough cut along that bottom edge that is difficult to detect without magnification. Just like "Johnny U" himself, an overlooked 9th round pick by the Pittsburgh Steelers who was cut without ever throwing a pass, Unitas' rookie card flew under the radar for quite a while before re-emerging as one of the most coveted cards for advanced collectors who demand NM/MT at a minimum. Not all PSA 8's present the same; this one is definitely upscale!
