It's not entirely clear what is keeping the offered example of Dodger fan favorite Sandy Koufax from the 1961 Morrell Meats issue out of a MINT 9 holder. Evidently the graders at PSA found something not to their liking. Perhaps a very light touch to the lower left endpoint is the culprit, but we're really splitting hairs here. The Hall of Fame southpaw is presented with remarkable contrast and clarity, with spectacular colors and a tremendously fresh appearance. The reverse is clean and blemish-free, and to date, just 5 examples have graded higher. A gorgeous card worthy of inclusion in any advanced Dodger collection.
