Hurler Jim Kaat notched 283-lifetime victories with 17 consecutive Gold Glove awards yet was chosen to just three all-star games. However, this 1962 Topps card of Kaat is certainly an all-star, unsurpassed on the PSA pop report. Outstanding centering and barely a trace of wear around the vulnerable wood-grained borders certainly were key in its lofty assessment of PSA 9.
