When the typical wax pack just isn't enough, this offering is for collectors that want everything "bigger and better" and certainly much rarer. As time goes on, there are fewer and fewer unopened boxes of vintage material available for acquisition, and you really don't see many 1973 Topps football unopened wax boxes, at all! But the 1973 Topps football 15-cent "jumbo wax pack" is almost impossible to find. We've sold a PSA 8 example of a single wax pack for over $2,000, and until now, we know of no offering of a complete wax box of jumbo wax packs, until now. Twenty-four pristine 15-cent packs lay in wait within the cardboard confines of this 1973 Topps jumbo wax pack box, which is not a complete display box but the contents are complete and authenticated by BBCE. Actually, it appears as though the ends of the box were left off intentionally in order to accommodate the oversized packs properly. In addition to the parade of stars and Hall of Famers in the series, the 1973 Topps series had a bumper crop of important rookie cards, including Ken Anderson, Art Shell, Franco Harris, Jack Ham, Dwight White, Curley Culp, Jack Tatum, Jim Langer, Jack Youngblood, and Ken Stabler.
