Here's his second-year card that is slightly toward the top of center but would otherwise be sharp enough to garner a NM/MT grade. Though he hit 18 round-trippers in just 367 at-bats in his rookie season, Hall of Famer Mike Schmidt's .196 batting average was cause for concern in Philly ... but he got better.
