One of the most elusive unopened sports packs in the hobby, here's a 1984 Panini F1 Grand Prix Scratch N' Play paper pack that could be containing a rare rookie card of Ayrton Senna, winner of the Formula One World Drivers' Championship in 1988, 1990, and 1991. The pack is one of only 2 ever graded by PSA, the other is also graded PSA 8 so there are none graded higher.
