One of the few legends in the 1986 Fleer basketball series that isn't making a rookie card appearance, Magic Johnson is arguably the greatest player in NBA history whose last name isn't Jordan. Magic played all five positions at an all-star level but excelled at point guard, where his 6'9" frame allowed him to utilize his superior court vision to the max. Pictured in mid-flight on this popular 1986 Fleer issue, Johnson is surrounded by a well-centered red, white, and blue border, while the chip-prone edges and corners remain virtually unadulterated.
