Selected by the Colorado Rockies in the fourth year of the 2010 MLB first-year player draft, Russell Wilson spent two seasons in the Rockies farm system before turning his attention full-time to the gridiron. He was selected by the Seattle Seahawks in the third round of the 2012 NFL draft, where beat out Matt Flynn for the starting job and went on to have a Rookie of the Year season. Offered here is his 2012 Leaf Ultimate Draft rookie card, graded BGS 9.5 GEM MINT with an autograph that has been graded a 10. With three subgrades of 9.5, the card is virtually unimprovable, and the signature is bold and flowing. He has already set several records both within the NFL and the Seahawks organization and shows no signs of slowing down.
