Selected in the eleventh round of the 1992 NFL Draft, wide receiver Tim Daniel never got on the field for the Dallas Cowboys, having to sit out the 1992 season due to a leg injury and making the team in 1993 but remaining inactive for every game. A standout at Florida A & M whose speed (4.38 in the 40-yard dash) made him a constant threat to stretch the field, Daniel went on to play several seasons in the Canadian Football League after his release from the Cowboys during training camp the next season. But he was on the roster of the 1993 Dallas Cowboys Super Bowl winning team, a squad that delivered a 30-13 thrashing of the Buffalo Bills behind Emmitt Smith's 132 rushing yards and two touchdowns, and as such received this Super Bowl XXVIII championship ring. The 10K gold ring shows "Dallas Cowboys" in raised lettering on either side of the cz stones with "World Champions Back to Back" on one side panel above the Super Bowl XVIII logo with "Daniel" and jersey number "81" surrounding the NFL shield logo. Inside the ring is the "Balfour 10K" stamp along with a cursive "Tim Daniel." Size 11 to 11 1/2 with a weight of about 2 ounces. A fantastic piece that hails from the Dallas Cowboys' domination of the 1990s.
