Some cards from the 1960 Topps series, perhaps those that came from vending boxes, tend to have brighter color and whiter borders than other cards from the set. This example of Willie Mays fits the description, a PSA 8 example with bold, bright pigments and true NM/MT corners, adequately centered for the grade if not slightly positioned toward the horizontal lower left. A very strong representative at the NM/MT level.
