Even with his untimely passing while on a humanitarian mission, Hall of Fame outfielder Roberto Clemente was so well respected that Topps decided to include him in the 1973 Topps set, which was released several months after the tragic plane crash. The presented card is about as close to factory-fresh perfect as you can hope to find, an SGC 9.5 MINT+ example that offers perfect centering, corners that are resistant of any and all wear, and front and back surfaces that are spotless.
