By far the youngest player on the team, 19-year old Ted Williams was also the best player for the Western League's 1938 Minneapolis Millers, pounding out a .366 batting average with 43 home runs. The featured team photo measures approximately 8 3/4" x 10" on glossy stock and was distributed at Nicollet Park for "Radio Appreciation Day." Ted Williams appears in the back row, 3rd from the left. Minor wear is visible but overall the photo is very clean.
