Coming off an injury plagued 1963 season, Mickey Mantle returned in '64 and fell just short of what would have been his fourth American League MVP award by posting 35 round-trippers and a .303 batting average. Mantle's 1965 Topps card was at the top of the list for most collectors, and this colorful example has all of the attributes of a NM/MT card save for the centering bias toward the west side, landing it at the respectable grade of PSA 7.
