A fantastic way to get your prized 1966 Topps collection off to an elite start, offered is a MINT example of Willie Mays' card #1. Already one of the greatest hitters in baseball for well over a decade, Mays earned the set's pole position card by setting a career mark with 52 round-trippers, repeating as the National League home run champ, and earning his second MVP award. Not too shabby for 34-years old. The card is very deserving of the grade, just slightly off on the centering but thoroughly MINT to even GEM MINT in all other phases of grading. Without a single GEM MINT example on record and just 24 others fortunate enough to reach this level, this is a card that is an absolute necessity if you plan on making a challenge on the PSA Set Registry.
