If you look up the definition of happy in the dictionary, chances are this image won't appear next to it. Although Bill Howerton appears less than thrilled on his '52 Topps card, this one carries a PSA 8 grade that is sure to perk up the spirits of a high-grade set builder. Overall NM/MT to NM/MT+ qualities compensate for a very slight centering toward the bottom edge. The white reverse is vibrant and flaunts bold red and black print. A prime choice for a high grade set with only 2 graded higher at PSA.
