Probably more so with the 1960 Fleer football set than any other, progressive proofs showing just one or two colors in the printing process made their way to the general public. But this is the first time we've ever seen a complete progressive proof set. Featuring only black and yellow colors on the front, the images of the players and their black-inked teams are visible but their names do not appear on the cards. The set is EX to EX/MT overall with some cards showing the typical centering shifts and many exhibiting stray print due to the vulnerability of the bright yellow color. A very interesting and unusual collectible.
