Leslie Ambrose "Bullet Joe" Bush spent the better part of 17 seasons in the major leagues, offering his pitching services to seven different teams. He is credited with inventing and developing the forkball and won a World Series championship with the Philadelphia Athletics in 1913. Offered here is a blazing example of his 1915 Cracker Jack card, graded at the exalted level of 96 MINT 9 by SGC. To date, only four others have equaled the grade with none higher, and perhaps it's a small and insignificant print dot in the left border preventing the first GEM MINT assessment. An absolutely stunning rendition that will elevate any pre-war collection.
