We always get spirited bidding on PSA 8 graded 1954 Topps hockey cards, primarily because they're just so tough to find. This example of Detroit's Johnny Wilson earns the lofty grade on the strength of its NM/MT endpoints and virtually non-existent chipping along the vulnerable red and blue edges along the bottom. The light rough cut along the vertical edges helps to seal the deal.
