The prized rookie card of the 1959 Topps set, the smiling image of Hall of Famer Bob Gibson, surrounded by a hot pink backdrop, belies his reputation as a combatant, win at all costs hurler. Offered here is a decently centered example of the legend's rookie card, graded PSA 7 with a particularly clean, well-registered image. One of the greatest pitchers the game has ever known, his stellar World Series play earned him Series MVP awards in 1964 and 1967.
