Graded NM/MT+ 8.5 by PSA. We have sold numerous 1968 Nolan Ryan rookies in MINT 9 holders and I can tell you I'm not sure at all if any of them looked any nicer than the featured collectible. Each of the four corners actually surpasses the MINT qualification and appear more like a GEM MINT corner. Add to that the surface is held captive underneath a stunning lacquer like covering of original gloss with what appears to be the best color we have encountered on a Ryan rookie. The centering is well within the tolerance for a superior assessment while the fragile yellow of the reverse is completely intact and the reverse centering is spot on. If you've been looking for a stunning Ryan rookie you found it. I know PSA has graded this card NM/MT+, we are calling this one MINT!
