Though "Home Run" Baker only hit 96 round-trippers, he did lead the American League in homers for three consecutive seasons during the dead ball era from 1911-1913. His passing in 1963 didn't leave a lot of time to secure his melodic autograph on a 1953-55 Artvue HOF black and white card like the beauty featured here. The signature carries a grade of PSA/DNA 8, very conservative in our opinion. A tough find for autograph seekers, especially collectors of Artvue cards.
