Issued in 1948 by Old Gold cigarettes to take advantage of the popularity of Jackie Robinson in black neighborhoods comes this 3 1/2 x 5 1/2" postcard sized card of Robinson. Appearing in front of the dugout, the offered card is one of the two versions known to exist. Overall the item is in VG or so condition with moderate corner wear and some light soiling.
