1964 Topps Giants 5-Cent Unopened Wax Pack

Perhaps it was initially designed to be a test run for the 1965 Topps football "tall-boy" series when the company released an oversized baseball card set the previous year that featured most of the superstars of the day. In fact, most of the high-grade cards from the 1964 Topps Giants set that exists today originated from vending cases with unopened packs like the one presented here being extremely rare. The wax paper shows no tears with a solid seal on the reverse.
