Playing for the LaCrosse Freezers in 1887, outfielder George Rooks belted out a .333 batting average with 70 stolen bases. Rooks is delivered with remarkable sharpness and color on this Buchner Gold Coin card, the only one graded SGC 60 EX 5 with just one graded higher. Centered just a touch to the left with sharp EX corners and a surprisingly clean reverse for the series.
