Featuring a pose with background colors almost identical to the "dark cap" variation, the grainy feel of the backdrop and considerably more detailed image of this "white cap" example makes it appear higher-grade than the PSA assessment suggests. The slightly thicker white border makes the near-perfect centering more obvious and spotlights the sharpness of the endpoints, which also display eye-appeal that is above grade. A very clean and pleasing example of "The Christian Gentleman" for this grade level.
