Rounding at the corners and some slight blemishes on the reverse align with the PSA 4 grade, but what makes this T206 portrait card of the legendary Christy Mathewson so special is the wonderful centering and the amazing quality of the central image, boasting wonderfully bold colors and an extremely well-focused image of "The Christian Gentleman." Not many examples at this grade level can match the overall eye-appeal offered here.
