Due to the writing on the reverse, this T206 Christy Mathewson portrait card can't muster a grade higher than SGC 2, but from an eye-appeal standpoint on the front, the card compares well with examples in the VG/EX to EX range. Despite a slightly irregular cut on the bottom edge, the centering is solid and the bold, bright image of "Big Six" with the surrounding yellow and orange backdrop is especially pleasing. A good value!
