Issued over three years in small tins, these attractive Colgan's Chips "cards" are often overlooked by the collecting public. Most cards are much scarcer than their T206-collecting brethren, especially in high-grade like this example of Tommy Leach, which earns a PSA 8 grade that is one of only 5 at the NM/MT level with none graded higher.
