Very few T205 Gold Border cards have survived with this rare combination of astute centering and minimal perimeter chipping, which makes it easy to see how this impressive example of Hall of Fame hurler Cy Young has earned a lofty though perhaps conservative SGC 6 grade. Other than the slight flecking at the extreme endpoints, the edges look virtually free of any handling, and the rich, robust pigmentation of the central image is without comparison. A truly spectacular representative of the legendary T205 series.
