One of the rare early issue that captures "The Babe" near the beginning of his unprecedented tenure with the New York Yankees, this seldom-seen 1922 example from the Eastern Exhibit Supply Company earns a grade of SGC 3 VG but presents better. There is mild chipping around the perimeter that has to be expected given that examples from this series that are graded at least a rung or two up the PSA grading ladder will experience the same thing, but the perimeter is sturdy and the image of the young "Sultan of Swat" is sublime. An amazingly impressive piece to add to any vintage collection.
