Bill Terry was a superb hitter and finished the 1930 season with a .401 average, the last NL player to achieve that hallowed mark. He succeeded legendary manager John McGraw as player/manager of the New York Giants and led that team to three World Series, winning it all in 1933. This card is almost perfectly centered, positioned perhaps a hair toward the top edge, with great pastel blue color and sharp corners that are NM/MT+ overall. Only one has graded higher at PSA.
