Continuing the convoy of high-quality 1933 Goudey Hall of Famers, next up is pitcher Red Faber, who won 254 games in his 20 year career entirely with the Chicago White Sox. Faber won three of four games in helping the Sox take the 1917 World Series Championship but sat out the scandal-ridden 1919 World Series with arm trouble. The offered 1933 Goudey card of Faber is graded PSA 8 and is centered just a hair to the right with square corners and electrifying color. Only two examples have graded higher at PSA.
