In 1934, professional football was still trying to gain traction with the American public. The league took a big step toward its goal when the Bears were matched against the best college football players in the first Chicago College All-Star Game on August 31. The game was played to a crowd of almost 80,000 and ended in a scoreless tie. On occasion, ticket stubs from this historical contest have been seen in auctions, but this full ticket is the only known example. A wonderful and truly unique piece for any advanced collector or football historian!
