The key card to the 1938 Goudey "Heads-Up" series, "Joltin' Joe" DiMaggio is presented here and is one of the most popular of all DiMaggio cards. This example exhibits bold colors, outstanding registration, and four sturdy corners with just a hint of wear that places it ably in the upper range of the NM grade. Centered virtually perfectly, the card shows the usual age toning for the issue, adding to the allure of the aged pasteboard. The reverse is equally well printed. A very desirable specimen!
