We've had the pleasure of offering many NM examples of Hank Aaron's 1954 Topps card over the years, but this might be the finest one we've ever introduced. First off, you can't help but notice both the brightness of the central image, with its glowing pumpkin backdrop commanding your eye, as well as the brilliance of the three-sided border that flaunts the card's expert centering. And of course, the rough cut! Both vertical edges enjoy that alluring cut, equally appealing on the radiant red, green, and white reverse. The corners and edges easily meet or exceed the standards for the grade, and we feel that the overall appeal is more pleasing than many that we've encountered at the NM+ or even NM/MT level. This piece comes highly recommended!
