It appears that someone made an attempt to erase a pencil notation of the number 4 on this Mickey Mantle card from the 1959 Topps issue, resulting in PSA deeming it Authentic rather than assigning a numerical grade. Otherwise, a grade of 5 (MK) might have been appropriate.
