There's plenty of star power in the 1960 Topps football series, but despite it's clean, straightforward design, there are only 21 PSA 10 examples on record out of over 26,000 submissions. With such an alarmingly low rate of GEM MINT specimens, it seems pretty clear that the next card to reach the top of the PSA grading scale will likely come from a fresh, unopened pack, maybe one of the six offered here. A seventh pack is included and the seal has been broken, but the pack is unsearched, and the accompanying display box is in VG/EX to EX condition overall.
