In what was a preview of things to come, this 1961 Topps American League home run leaders card touts Mickey Mantle as the winner, edging out Roger Maris for the 1960 home run crown, with Jim Lemon and Rocky Colavito finishing behind. Of course, the position of the Yankees teammates would be reversed the next year in one of baseball's most thrilling home run races in baseball history. All four men; Mantle, Maris, Lemon, and Colavito, have autographed this card, authenticated, and graded an 8 overall by PSA/DNA.
