Perhaps the most coveted post-war rookie card to feature multiple players (with all due respect to Nolan Ryan), here's all-time hits leader Pete Rose on his colorful 1963 Topps "Rookie Stars" card. The centering is a bit skewed toward the left side, however, the red, blue, and yellow color dominating the surface is extremely bold and the bonafide NM/MT endpoints show virtually no evidence of chipping at the colored tips. The image of the headshot of Rose, the 1963 National League Rookie of the Year, is bright and clean, while the reverse offers radiant yellow pigmentation. One of the most important cards from the decade of the 1960s in admirable NM/MT condition.
