Willie "Pops" Stargell remains one of the most popular players in the entire Pittsburgh Pirates franchise, leading the team to World Series championships in 1971 and 1979 under the "We Are Family" banner. He is presented here on his rookie card from the 1963 Topps release, graded NM 7 by PSA but presenting at a higher level. A very light touch to the extreme upper right tip most likely prevents a loftier assessment but this one has all the visual appeal you can possibly expect from the assigned technical grade.
