Captain Kirk could search the galaxy at warp nine would probably never come across another unopened pack of 1967 Leaf Star Trek trading cards. While the five-year mission lasted only three seasons, the franchise lives on in reruns, movies and spinoffs, not to mention yet another new series slated to begin later this year. While the production and distribution of this Leaf product was crude compared to what Topps was offering in the mid to late 1960s, the glossy but vulnerable black and white cards are securely sealed within the confines of the wax wrapper here, potentially housing some super-rare MINT and GEM MINT examples. Graded PSA 7, it should be noted that this is the one and only pack ever graded by PSA, more evidence on how amazingly impossible this item is. Even with the amazing array of unopened material in this auction, the 1967 Leaf Star Trek pack is one of the most highly-prized in the non-sports world!
