Similar to the 1956 Topps Mickey Mantle card, which is especially popular because it was his Triple Crown season, the 1968 Topps card of Hall of Famer Bob Gibson also comes from an unprecedented season for the fireballer. Presented in astronomical PSA 10 GEM MINT condition, Gibson looks as intimidating as ever, and he would go on to toss 13 shutouts while amassing an unbelievably low 1.12 ERA. During one stretch of that season, he allowed just two runs over 92 innings, and at one point he won 15 consecutive games. Now that's dominance! Only 22 are on the books at the PSA GEM MINT level.
