The wildly colorful and condition-sensitive 1971 Topps release has proven to be a favorite among football card collectors, due to the overwhelming aesthetics, impressive star power and rookie pasteboards of Terry Bradshaw, Joe Greene, Ken Houston, and Willie Lanier. The full-bleed color borders are inherently prone to chipping, making higher-grade examples particularly desirable.
